This is Christmas dinner (semi-traditional Northern Hemisphere style) which we had after returning from the farm.

Note the essential wine for a New Zealand summer - a good Marlborough sauvignon blanc (Cloudy Bay in this case - should have been a Nelson wine, I suppose).
