Observed Comet Lovejoy from 96 Mornington Road.
Started 2015-01-08 at 22:00:00 NZDST.
Easy in binoculars, just visible with naked eye.
Just about filled 30mm field in C8.
Faint green colour.
Maybe a hint of a tail pointing N.
23:00:00 Photos 321529 and 321532, Canon EOS650D.
18-55 and 50mm lens, 8sec and f/4 and f/2, ISO 1600.
Note time on camera off by 1 hr (not set to DST).
