Lake Wanaka 2

This was taken on a cool, calm morning in July 2004 during a visit to the area to do some computing work. Because the air is so clear and steady the sharpness of even distant objects is good and the patterns of waves in the lake are quite obvious.

This was taken with my Sony DSC-P92 compact digital camera. There are 5 million pixels in the original which is about 25 times bigger than this.
