Up to OJB's Photos List Return to Previous PageUniversity of Otago Clocktower The clocktower in the old Otago University building which now houses the bureaucrats who "run" the University. The University has about 19,000 students and 2000-3000 staff. The buildings are a mixture of older stone buildings like this one, small old converted houses and some rather ugly modern concrete towers. Photographs of the Otago University clocktower are a bit of a cliche but it is still a nice subject with interesting colours and textures from the green oxidised copper roof to the worn rock. This image is taken with a Canon EOS 500D digital SLR. |
