I tasted the 2006 vintage of this wine on 16 May 2007 when it was 1 year old and gave it a rating of ok+.
The colour was pale bright greenish straw gold. The bouquet showed crisp acidic lime, pears and tropical fruit. The flavour had tropical, peach and citrus fruit, and a strong crisp acid finish. This was a clean crisp style with nice balance.
I tasted the 2006 vintage of this wine on 12 May 2007 when it was 1 year old and gave it a rating of ok+.
The colour was medium clear golden straw yellow. The bouquet showed moderate acid with crisp lime and pineapple fruit. The flavour had a light start with apple, tropical and citrus fruit, and a long crisp acid finish. This wine had fairly simple fruit flavours with strong acid balance.
