I tasted the 2021 vintage of this wine on 03 Aug 2022 when it was 1 year old and gave it a rating of good-.
The colour was a light clear pale gold, with a strong bead. The bouquet had crisp citrus and light yeast. There was citrus fruit start, and a long dry yeasty finish. This wine was dry and crisp but with fruit balance.
I tasted the 2020 vintage of this wine on 30 Dec 2020 when it was 1 year old and gave it a rating of ok.
The colour was pale yellow gold, with a strong bead, and a medium coarse head. The bouquet had dry yeasty grapes. There was lemon citrus and yeast, and a dry crisp citrus finish. This wine had nicely balanced fruit, and dry crisp flavours.
