I tasted the 2020 vintage of this wine on 31 Jan 2022 when it was 2 years old and gave it a rating of ok.
The colour was quite pale greenish gold. There was a sweet crisp lime bouquet. The flavour had lime and sweet honey, and a medium citric acid finish. This was a fruity sweet style with some mineral acid balance.
I tasted the 2022 vintage of this wine on 14 Apr 2024 when it was 2 years old and gave it a rating of ok+.
The colour was medium bright clear yellow gold. The bouquet had sweet tropical and grape fruit. There was stone fruit, lime, and honey, and a medium citrus acid finish. This wine had medium body, and was quite fruity with moderate acid balance.
I tasted the 2022 vintage of this wine on 27 May 2024 when it was 2 years old and gave it a rating of ok+.
The colour was clear pale gold. There was a strong apple and citrus fruit bouquet. There was apple, lemon, and some honey sweetness, with a medium mineral and citrus acid finish. This wine was quite fruity with moderate acid balance, and was quite complex.
I tasted the 2023 vintage of this wine on 24 Jan 2025 when it was 2 years old and gave it a rating of ok+.
The colour was light-medium yellow gold. There was a tropical fruit, lime, and sweet honey bouquet. There was lime and honey, and a medium crisp citrus finish. This wine had medium body, medium sweetness, and some acid balance.
I tasted the 2023 vintage of this wine on 13 Sep 2024 when it was 1 year old and gave it a rating of ok.
The colour was pale bright clear greenish gold. The bouquet had sweet tropical fruit, and citrus lime. The bouquet had full grape and lime fruit, honey sweetness, and a light citrus finish. This wine had medium body, and was quite sweet and fruity with light acid balance.
