My Web Sites Details

I have been working with the Internet and the Web for years before the average person even knew what it was. I have developed quite a lot of Web pages since then. Here are some other web pages that I have created recently.

Otago Macintosh Users' Group A local computer user group which used to meet once per month but now operates entirely "virtually" - mostly through the list server. Details of joining the list are on the web site. Old newsletters go back to early 1995.

Macintosh Support Group A group of Macintosh support people from Information Technology Services and other departments within the University of Otago which produces policy and other material related to using Macs in the University. We meet fairly irregularly now - usually when new Apple equipment is available for demonstration.

Injury Prevention Research Unit A moderately complex site with an interesting navigation system and some on-line databases. Completed around mid 2000. Version 2 completed mid 2001.

Dalebrook Rhododendron Nursery Nothing too fancy about these pages but they are clean and elegant and the rhody pictures are "recycled" to save download time. Completed near the end of 1997.

Image Library This is an image library system I built for Marketing and Communications at the University of Otago. Its driven by MySQL, PHP, and Apache and is designed to be an easy to use and elegantly designed web application.
