Disable Predictive Text in Outlook

To disable predictive text in Outlook for Mac

Predictive text uses AI to fill in words and whole sentences for you. If you don't find this option useful you might want to disable it.

Create a new email.
Make sure you are editing the message body.
Go to Edit menu, then the Spelling and Grammar sub-menu.
Then set the "Show Text Predictions" option to OFF.

Note: This works with version 16.99.1 for Mac. Other versions might differ.
