Reset your AirPods if they won't charge or have other odd behaviour.
Put the AirPods in the charging case and close the lid.
Wait 30 seconds.
Open the lid of the case, put the AirPods in your ears.
On your phone, go to Settings > Bluetooth, or Settings > YOUR AIRPODS NAME, depending on the version of iOS.
If the AirPods appear here, do these steps: Disconnect the AirPods by tapping the Info button, tap Forget This Device, then tap again to confirm.
Put the AirPods in their case, and leave the lid open.
Press and hold the setup button on the back of the case for about 15 seconds, until the status light on the front of the case flashes amber and white.
Reconnect the AirPods, like this: with the AirPods in their case and the lid open, place your AirPods close to your iPhone or iPad. Follow the steps on your device's screen to connect them.
Note: When you reset the AirPods, their will also be reset. You will need to change the settings again.
