This is the steep, windy part of Lombard Street, which starts as a six lane highway and suddenly changes into this! Its actually not that bad, the main street diverts off to other streets before it reached this part. Of course, Dunedin's Baldwin Street is steeper (but not as windy). Coit Tower and the Bay Bridge can be seen in the distance.
