My wife was a home economics teacher and a cafe owner, and I enjoy cooking too, so food photography is something I do a bit of. It's surprisingly difficult to get those super-attractive photos you see in magazines, and in many of those the food are so carefully prepared by spraying it to make it more glossy, propping it up with skewers, etc, that what's in the photo has little relevance ot the real thing. This photo, however, is 100% legit!
