We arrived in Nelson after midnight on the 23rd and spent a few days doing very little - mainly because there was a lot of rain. There has been a tradition for a few years now that every Christmas various houses around Nelson set up impressive displays of Christmas lights. This year there weren't many, but this place was still quite good. We saw this on our walks which we did every night.
